Registration Fees:

• Individual Golfer: $150 (Includes green fees, golf cart, range balls, breakfast, lunch, and prizes)
• Foursome: $500 (A team experience with all the individual benefits)

Sponsorship Opportunities:

• Hole Sponsor: $250 (Includes a sign at the hole with your company name and logo) or alternatively, you can sponsor a hole for $100 plus play foursome for $500 for a total sponsorship of $600 (Includes foursome and sign with your company name and logo)
• Tournament Sponsor: $1000 (Includes a free foursome)
• Breakfast/Lunch Sponsor: $250 each
• Mentor Training Sponsor: $200 each
• Foursome Sponsor: $500
• Freewill Donations: Any amount appreciated.
